    Open House Postings are located in a seperate database on MLS due to the time element. Your Open House will show on MassForSaleByOwmer. MLS and Realtor.com as well as any partner site that allows the feed.

    Change orders: Make payment here. You will immedietly be sent a form to transmit your change order to me. One change order can have several changes, ie, price, remarks, picture.

    I now have the ability to upload a document relative to your property such as: Addendum - can be a word doc. you composed Brochure Building plan floor plan Mortgage Plot Plan Surveyor something else. The format can be in one of the following: Supported files .DOC,.DOCX,.PDF,.XLS,.XLSX This capability is a great new tool that can really demonstrate key elements about your property.     This is worth it's weight in gold! The MLS can cross reference your property amenities with that of a buyer's search criteria e, price, town, beds, acerage, garage etc. who is working with a buyer agent! Often times this can produce hundereds of matches. Your report will include the Buyer agent name and phone # plus his client is # With this report you can call the agent to inform him/her of this system match up thus bringing your listing to the fore-front. Also, we will email this information directly to each one of the agents in the report on your behalf. This is a GREAT tool use it!

I wasn't sure that we could sell the house ourselves in a down market so far outside of Boston, but it is possible! You've got to have an MLS listing to get your property information out there to do it and MassForSaleByOwner.com is the cheapest one I found. You don't need all that other stuff offered by the other sites (signs, lockbox, etc.)--you can get that all at Home Depot. I'd definitely recommend this service--they are very responsive and quick in getting your listing up. I thought we'd just try it and list with a realtor if a we weren't getting any interest/offers. But we got calls right away and our house went under agreement in less than 2 months and just sold!
